You get a drawstring bag - that the bowl comes in along with a wooden mallet and a cushion for the bowl to sit on.
I've never been one for Yoga in the past, but I believe there is more to this chakra "thing" then meets the eye - and from the little bit of time I've used the bowl - the sound is soothing - I wonder if I can bring it around with me everywhere and when someone starts giving me grief - say "hold on now I need to sooth down" :) I don't think it will work at work - but I might try it at home with the kids.
The silk bag is a green gold with drawstring and brown wooden beads, the cushion is a green gold with green tassels - green must be a key color - I'll have to look into the special significance.
The bowl is a cooper in color, at leat to me - with etchings all around it - I don't know why I want to say it looks Arabic - but for some reason, it reminds me of it. The wooden leather mallet fits in the palm of your hand!
What I am really interested in seeing is if it balances the crown chakra - and relieves stress. I think I will try it out on my son because that is one chakra point that is always bothering him along with the neck and heart.
This is JUST Perfect for gift giving there is literally nothing you have to do - like I said - everything from the box to the inside is a joy -
