I can honestly say as we have gotten older, that while our "desire" is still there the "oomph" necessarily isn't.  So I kept seeing people talk about Horny Goat Weed vitamins/tablets.  And was like "hm" that is interesting - what is a Horny Goat? :) lol - I have to honestly say that I am a little slow on the uptake on some things and on this pill it actually proves that.  So Horny Goat Weed helps pick up  your libido, for MEN and WOMEN,  you take 2 capsules with FOOD 1 to 2 hours before any and all physical activity - :)  And let me tell you that both my husband and myself have enjoyed our "special time" together thanks to this pill.  Maybe not our bed, :), but that is another topic entirely.  Atma Nutrition had produced a wonderful pill here.  This pill is not intended for women that may be nursing or pregnant - and it is packaged in a facility which may also process milk, soy, wheat, egg, peanuts, tree nuts, fish and crustacean shellfish - so please be aware of this.
