My wonderful new kitchen shears

Okay so I have to tell you that they come in their own holder - that has a magnet on the back - so you can safely put your scissors on your refrigerator  - hoping that your husband or children do not use it for reasons they shouldn't be....lol.

I am going to tell you how I used them - I am getting where I am trying to pre-prep dinner for the week for my family - we all know how stressed we get when we rush home, do kids homework, clean house etc etc etc - and I was going crazy trying to do it all - so today I bought some chicken breasts at Aldi - and for one of my recipes it calls for sliced or breasts that are small like chicken nuggets - or chicken sticks - so I snipped my chicken breasts the way I needed them then froze the package in two separate bags for two meals.  Some of my breasts were quite defrosted while others had ice crystals - and both breasts came out wonderfully with these scissors!

But  you can do SO much more with the scissors - you can use this to cut through poultry bones with ease, crack seafood like crab shells, you can use it to cut paper, (shhh we won't tell my family), snip flowers, herbs,flowers - trim and peel vegetables, open bottles, scale fish, and trim fat.

It is made of a premium stainless steel and is usable by both left and right handed people.

To clean simply detach the two sides - and put in the dishwasher (I love that I don't have to worry about my family getting chicken poisoning).
