I was given this as a gift - and I have to say that I love it.

So for those that are slow - and I am the leader of the pact - the Sous Vide Immersion Cooker - is a stick you put in a pot of water, that runs on electricity and you use it to cook food - especially sometimes when your food doesn't cook all at one temperature.

You get the knob that goes on your pot, and the immersion stick along with the directions - Make sure you put the water in the pot - between the parts - marked minimum and maximum.  Then you turn it on - and program the immersion stick to the temperature and time that you need it to be.

Turn it on - and it goes - now get your food ready - I will share the website that I love tomorrow - I can't find the link from here - He gives so many recipes and tips.

It is better if you use a 'food saver type of bag" but you can use Ziploc bags to cook your food.

I am very impressed with my immersion stick from Primo Eats and I know I am going to be using more of it in the future :)
