It is a serving bowl, that is microwave, dishwasher, and oven safe.  You can literally cook your green bean casserole in this, serve it, put it in the fridge for leftovers, then reheat it the next day!  And gorgeous - it has a hand painted classic lavender print all over it!

It is made in the USA - and is a restaurant grade ceramic - so it is chip proof (but be careful not to drop of its course) - that is lead-free, cadmium free, nontoxic that is created from sustainable clay and paints.
